Kinexis

How it works

From six exports to one written interpretation.

Kinexis sits on top of the VALD platforms and PhotonSport you already use. Nothing about how you test changes — only what happens to the data afterwards.

  1. 01 · Connect

    Your platforms, connected once.

Using your organisation's own credentials, Kinexis reads every system you run — ForceDecks, NordBord, ForceFrame, DynaMo, HumanTrak and PhotonSport — into a database dedicated to you. Other platforms can be added on request. It refreshes automatically, so what you see is what was tested this morning, not what was exported last month.

    • No change to how you test or which apps staff use
    • Data stays in a database dedicated to your organisation
    • Historical sessions imported so trends start on day one

Your thresholds, your benchmarks, your language.

Every team interprets differently. An asymmetry that is a flag at one club is noise at another. Kinexis applies the rules your medical and performance staff already use — asymmetry limits, the metrics that make up readiness, return-to-play criteria by position — so the interpretation reads as if your own sports scientist wrote it.

    • Thresholds per device, per test, per position
    • Baselines from each athlete's own history, not generic norms
    • Squad and position benchmarks built from your data

  3. 03 · Read

Open the squad. Read the sentence. Act.

The squad view ranks athletes by who needs attention this week and why. Each athlete profile shows every device on one screen, with the interpretation written in plain English underneath. Reports for coaches and for athletes are generated from the same profile in one click.

    • Cross-test patterns surfaced automatically
    • Written flags a coach can act on without a sports scientist in the room
    • Coach and athlete reports in a format people actually read

What the engine looks for

The flags Kinexis writes for you

Asymmetry

Left–right differences above your threshold, with the metric that drove them — CMJ, NordBord, ForceFrame, DynaMo.

Readiness

A score from the metrics you choose, tracked against each athlete's own rolling baseline.

Return to play

Benchmarks versus squad or position norms, and progression of the injured limb versus the uninjured.

Trend drift

RSI-mod, eccentric force, sprint splits, strength ratios moving over 4, 8 and 12 sessions before they become a problem.

Cross-platform patterns

A marginal signal on one system that becomes a clear picture next to the others — force next to speed, strength next to movement.

Overdue testing

Athletes and tests that have slipped off the schedule.

Fifteen minutes, the system running live.

Bring your questions. I will show you a real athlete profile and the squad view, and we will work out whether it fits your setup.
