Website visitors. We use Google Analytics 4 and, when a campaign is running, the Google Ads tag to understand how people find and use this site. These set cookies and collect standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We do not sell this data. You can block these cookies in your browser without affecting the site.

Contact form and bookings. If you send a message or book a call, we keep your name, email, organisation and message so that we can reply and prepare for the call. Bookings are handled by Cal.com under their privacy policy. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Client athlete data. For organisations using Kinexis, athlete data is retrieved using the organisation's own VALD credentials and stored in a database dedicated to that organisation. It is processed only to provide the service the organisation has asked for. We act as a data processor on the organisation's instructions, sign a data processing agreement on request, and work within GDPR (UK/EU) or the organisation's own requirements. Athlete data is never used for any other purpose and is deleted on termination of the service.

Your rights. You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by emailing the address above.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version is published here with the date updated.
