VALD integration
VALD integration: one dashboard for all your VALD data
Kinexis integrates with your VALD account through VALD's own API — no exports, no CSVs. VALD Hub shows you each device; Kinexis shows you each athlete, with every VALD platform (and PhotonSport) in one profile and the interpretation written automatically, for a whole squad in minutes.

Platforms · one athlete
The manual version
Five platforms. One athlete. Hours of stitching.
Five VALD platforms means five logins, five exports and one athlete's full picture scattered across all of them. Building a complete profile takes 1–2 hours per athlete by hand, and the cross-test patterns — bilateral deficits, strength–movement mismatches — are missed because the data never sits in one place.
What Kinexis reads
- ForceDecks — jump, IMTP and landing metrics
- NordBord — eccentric hamstring strength and imbalance
- ForceFrame — hip, groin, shoulder and neck strength
- DynaMo — strength and range of motion anywhere on the body
- HumanTrak — movement quality and joint angles
What Kinexis writes automatically
Every flag, every device, one athlete profile.
- Every device's flags on one athlete profile
- Cross-test patterns only visible when data is unified
- Squad-level view: who needs attention this week and why
- Readiness and return-to-play status per athlete
- Coach- and athlete-readable reports generated automatically
Why one profile matters
This is the whole point. A marginal signal on one device becomes a clear decision when the other four sit beside it. Kinexis is built so that view exists without anyone building it by hand.
Guides
Reading your VALD data
Practitioner guides on interpreting the numbers — the thresholds, the trends and the traps.
After the export: combining ForceDecks, NordBord and ForceFrame data into one athlete sheet
VALD tells you how to click Export. This is what to do next: the one data shape that makes every VALD device sit in the same athlete row, and the five joins that go wrong.

How to read a ForceDecks report: every metric, what a good number looks like, and when to worry
The dozen CMJ metrics that matter, what they mean, and how to read them against the athlete's own history rather than a generic norm.

NordBord results explained: max force, N/kg, imbalance % and what counts as a red flag
Three numbers matter on a NordBord report. Here is what each one means, the thresholds people actually use, and the trap of reading imbalance without absolute force.

Questions
Straight answers.
VALD Hub already shows me my data. What does Kinexis add?+
VALD Hub is excellent for viewing each system on its own. It does not unify all five platforms — or your PhotonSport speed data — into one analytical athlete view, it does not write interpretation flags, and it does not produce coach-facing reports. Kinexis sits on top of your VALD accounts and does those three things — typically replacing 5–6 hours of manual work per testing week.
We already have Power BI and an analyst.+
Kinexis started life as a Power BI system, so we understand exactly what that setup can do. The web app removes the licence cost, refresh limits and DAX maintenance, and the interpretation engine — the part that writes the flags — is the piece no generic analyst builds. Your analyst gets their week back for the questions only they can answer.
How is athlete data handled?+
Data is pulled using your organisation's own VALD credentials and stored in a database dedicated to you. We are happy to sign a data processing agreement and work within GDPR or your organisation's requirements, and can deploy a dedicated instance if you need one.
What does it cost?+
A one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription that covers hosting, maintenance, upgrades and support. It is scoped to squad size and the VALD platforms you use — confirmed on a short call, never quoted blind.
See all five platforms on one athlete.
Fifteen minutes on a real athlete profile. Bring a recent export if you like — it makes the call more useful. No pressure either way.
